Getting Started

How do I create my first project?

Navigate to the Projects section in your dashboard and click "Create New Project". Follow the step-by-step wizard to set up your project requirements, data sources, and annotation guidelines.

What file formats are supported?

We support a wide range of formats including images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF), videos (MP4, AVI, MOV), text files (TXT, CSV, JSON), and audio files (WAV, MP3, FLAC).

How do I set up payment methods?

Go to your Account Settings and select "Payment Methods". You can add credit cards, PayPal, or bank accounts. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

How do I get my API key?
